Sfusobuono is Paolo Vaccarella and Alessandra Costa, a young couple from Piemonte who are bringing high-quality, small- production, artisanal wines in alternative packaging, ie. bag-in-box, to the masses. They've partnered with organic, independent winegrowers, who believe in low intervention, natural winemaking and focus on local native grape varieties, and work with practical packaging, perfect for the fridge door and with an 80% lower environmental impact than the classic glass bottle. Featuring wines made by Roccafiore in Umbria, Cascina Isabella in Piemonte, and Calatroni in Oltrepo Pavese.Thursday, March 28th
