To kick off Champagne season (which really never ends for us, see: Champagne Club) we are thrilled to welcome Benoît Tarlant for another salon-style producer visit. Champagne Tarlant has been fiercely independent for more than a century. In 1911, Louis Tarlant helped lead the Champagne Revolution, fighting against the big houses' use of imported grapes. Today, 12th-generation winemaker Benoît Tarlant and his sister Mélanie continue that uncompromising spirit, farming 14 hectares across 31 historic sites in the Marne Valley. Their meticulous, parcel-by-parcel approach, native fermentations, minimal sulfur, and extended aging produce Champagnes of remarkable precision and individuality that are truly terroir-driven. The family also pioneered zero-dosage Champagne in the 1970s, long before Brut Nature became fashionable. Join us for a rare opportunity to taste these exceptional wines with Benoît himself!
Space is limited to ensure seating for all so reserve today! Salut!
