Made from the Greco Bianco variety – one of the many members of the Greco group and distinct from the more common Greco grown in Campania – according to some research, this is actually the same grape known as Malvasia di Lipari (Italians, they'll never make it easy for ya.) Regardless, pulled form 25-year-old vines, Christian's is fermented and aged in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness, and it certainly delivers on that front. A delightful, mineral-driven, and delicate white, it offers notes of Mediterranean citrus, fine herbs, and a dry finish.
