Forget anything you know about Nebbiolo. Before the Barolo we know today, Nebbiolo was used to make intense, fruit-forward rosé. Replicating the original winemaking processes (with some improvements), Giuseppe has produced a modern version of these wines. Pnoi is delicate yet structured, with an intensity to the fruit that gives energy on the attack. A food friendly rosé with vibrant raspberry, rose petals, gentle herbal notes that tastes dry despite the tiny amount of residual sugar.
