A lithe and textural pink wine based on the island classic in Cannonau, macerated on the skins of local white grape Granazzo and matured in old barrels. Rich and dusky in the glass, the wine's electric hue is matched by a vibrant nose of cherry pit and wild strawberry - slightly herbal, super fresh, and with a touch of florality. In the mouth it becomes apparent that this is a fuller-bodied rosato; she’s juicy, full of pressed flowers, pomegranate, just-ripe red berries, and crunchy crushed stone. The elegant finish is bracingly dry, bright and perky, one flirtatious step away from rustic and very much a serious Sardinian rosé.
