The Diletto feels almost Loire Valley Chenin-like here, though beamed through the prism of Piemonte; softer and earthier aromatics of beeswax, lanolin, fennel pollen, matcha, and green tea mochi weave amongst intensely mineral-forward pockets of yellow and green citrus, green kiwi fruit, and Granny Smith apple, all pulled tightly over a sheath of crunchy/snappy crispness.
