A one-of-a-kind (as far as we've seen!) blend of Malvasia Bianco and Apulian native grape Minutolo. Grapes are gently pressed and macerated in stainless steel tanks. 'Apriti Cielo,' a phrase used to express surprise, is also the perfect embodiment of the estate's name, a real union of stone (pietra) and wind (vento). Opening with ripe yellow apple and pear, a distinct herbaceousness, and fresh citrus notes, its white-flower delicacy rides along a vein of flinty limestone and salty sea breeze.
