Light, bright, and low ABV – what more could you want from an appertif-style quaffer?
Although this wine was intended as a colfondo, during fermentation Matteo realized it had great balance, so he took a step back and decided to bottle it without bubbles, as a still wine, or tranquillo as it's called in their area. The wine fermented spontaneously, was unfiltered, and only a minimal amount of sulfites was added at bottling. Bottled, as is traditional, in Rhine bottles, this wine represents the white wine of the past, light and easy to drink, for those who, like us and Matteo, tend to be thirsty....
