2008 was the first vintage of Symbiose. It is 50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from two lieu dits. The wine has been in bottle on its lees for 10 years. It is named “Symbiose” because it is the result of a symbiotic relationship between two things: two grapes/two lieux dits. The dosage is 2.5g/l.
