A new Rosato from Le Coste. 100% Sangiovese from their top vineyard ‘Le Coste’. The vintage 2022 was complicated at this vineyard, so, Clementine and Gianmarco decided to harvest the grapes earlier and did a direct pressing to make this rosato. Elevage is a year in 225 litre barrels and the bottles rest through the second winter in their icy cellar. Unfined, unfiltered, and no SO2. Zingy with red plums and sour cherry, immense vibrancy and energy.
