Named after Giuseppe’s mother, 'Nerina' is a true representation of Mt. Etna's spirit, vitality, and of course, her classic white varieties – it goes without saying that there’s something magical happening here. Lush yet refined, it's tropical-orchard-in-a-gass, with aromas of fresh mangoes, kaffir lime, mint leaves, and sweet smoke. Lemon-zesty acidity and intense minerality complement all the sun-kissed elements, as it finishes nearly crunchy in feel with citrus and kiwi fruit. Made up mostly of old-vine Carricante with a 25 % blend of Catarratto, Inzolia, Grecanico, and Minnella. A total pleasure to take in, this wine is a charmer.
