Trish's 'Trilli' Bianco comes from fruit off the younger vines she has planted near her quaint little cellar on the lake, a blend of Procanico, Malvasia Toscana, Trebbiano, and Ansonica, with all varieties seeing skin contact for a month before pressing. Think mulled spice and ripe orange, and a quiet whisper of earthiness as well, with the tannins going silty in that way, too. Energetic and savory as all get-out, with notes of almond, smoke, and salt.
