It’s Burgundy with bubbles! We’re on the Côte de Bar, the soils are reminiscent of Chablis and the climate is much warmer than in the Montagne de Reims, 150 km to the north. But despite the power and vinosity, this champagne is held together by deep minerality, fine acidity and great length. Blanc de Noirs 100% Pinot Noir of which only 3605 bottles were produced.
