Intensely punchy tropical florals waft with abandon from this aromatic powerhouse. It opens with a spicy blend of dried flowers, lemon zest and pine, giving way to white peach. Deep golden in color and highly expressive, it is round and supple with a core of ripe orchard fruits and crunchy mineral tones, a twang of tangerine and hints of ginger and dried apricot. Like all Damijan's whites, this sees 60 to 90 days of maceration in big oak barrels before three years of aging in barrel and another in bottle.
