A new wine from Frank, spearheaded by his Norwegian importer and made using a friend's grapes in Menfi, on Sicily's south-western coast; Frank accepted the challenge of a moderate skin fermented wine, not overly complex but with character, light-footed but having grip. 'Patos' is 100% Cataratto with 10 days of skin contact, giving citrus, honey, herbal, and floral undertones. The palate showcases a delicious tension: lively and fresh, with bright acidity, stone fruit, salt, and that good Cornelissen zing that we love from Frank.
