100% Sangiovese, vinified with native yeast fermentation, and semi-carbonic maceration (à la Beaujolais.) As the name suggests, this has all of the fruits: dark cherries, red currants, wild strawberries, and a little bit of ripe black fruit to boot. Intense and electric in its fruit profile, there's still the savory side of Sangiovese intact to balance it – spice and slightly bitter herbs – as well as sprightly tannins and super smooth texture on the palate. Juicy as the day is long, this is very chillable when warmer weather hits and very food-friendly no matter what.
