Elena and Luca strongly believe in Dolcetto as an important “tool” for young wine drinkers and their entry level exposure to the Langhe. The grapes are vinified whole cluster and aging takes place in stainless steel for this fragrant rendition of Dolcetto. A powerful, explosive wine, with personality and poppy freshness to spare, it is not unlike the charm of great cru Beaujolais. With crunchy black raspberry seeds, fresh herbs, and a much more pleasing mineral backbone, graphite, lavender, spice and a light peppery touch meld into a core of intense dark fruit. Clean saline notes extend the finish.

It is a red colour with light violet hues. The nose instantly reveals notes of wild berries and cherry, as part of a fresh and straightforward aromatic profile. On the palate, the wine is supple and refined, with fine-grained tannins that are less pronounced than in previous vintages, leading to a velvety smooth and persistent finish.
