Raised in large Slavonian botti for 2 years, followed by an additional 6-8 months in bottle, the Brandini La Morra doles out fragrant, lovely aromas of rose, iris, small red berry and wild mint. Savory and medium-bodied, the elegant palate reveals juicy strawberry, sour cherry and star anise before a saline close. Taut tannins and bright acidity keep it balanced. Light on its feet but will offer several years or more of sheer pleasure. Best 2024–2028.
