This is mostly from the 2016 vintage and from all Grand Cru Villages, mostly Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry. The nose shows a focused aroma set of ginger, citrus, lemon zest, white nectarine and wet white stones. The palate is light with a good presence to it with a lemon lift to the nectarine fruits with a suggestion of fresh risen bread dough. A fresh and mineral wine from our three Grand Cru villages, Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry. A beautiful creamy substance, on the zest, accompanies a chalky texture reflecting the subsoils of the Côte des Blancs. Disgorged: March 2020 with 7 grams dosage. The Bonnaire house has been established since 1932 in one of the most beautiful Champagne crus, the village of Cramant, north of the Côte des Blancs.
