A Crash Course on Campania
The southern region of Campania is home to Napoli and the Amalfi Coast, Mt. Vesuvius and the islands of Ischia and Capri, San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella di bufala. And, of course, some epic native wine varieties. We'll try both red and white wines from this ancient land.
