Made with Cortese and Barbera fruit, the Bèrto is gently aromatized over a 60 day period with a laundry list of native herbs and spices: bitter orange, absinthe, gentian, cardamom, vanilla, coriander, mint, mace, hops, thyme, marjoram, lemon, cinnamon, clove and angelica, before being lightly fortified with a touch of grape brandy. Great on it's own with some seltzer and a twist, or in your happy hour Negroni or Manhattan!
