'Tinaar' is an acronym of TImorasso, NAscetta, and ARneis, the three grape varieties used in this blend in an even split. Conceived during the team's treasured moments of rest before harvest, when they escape to the coast, the wine's character is captured by the traditional Ligurian gozzo depicted on the label. Kept separate for the primary, native fermentation, once malolactic fermentation is complete, the three varieties are blended and aged sur lie until the following September. Yellow apple, peach, almond and a hint of honey lead the nose, while on the palate it's fuller bodied, salty, citrusy, with a touch of nuttiness. Your new favorite pairing for roast chicken and all things Fall.
