A raw and unfiltered alternative to the more classical leaning Nebbioli of the region. The Amos is pulled from Giuseppe and Kyriaki's younger Nebbiolo plot (15-20 years), and sees 2 years aging in well used barrique post vinification. Earth-laden red fruits, wild strawberry and candied rose petal wound through a fairly soft palate, with Nebbiolo's famously punchy tannins softened into something more powdery and soft here. A lifted woodsy spice and balsamic tang offer a welcome savory dimension.
