Manenti's vines are planted using traditional bush vine (Albarello) training at 6,000 vines per hectare, with limestone beneath the soil providing natural water retention in Sicily's hot, dry summers. The 2020 shows ripe cherry, black plum, and wild strawberry with black pepper, dried herbs, and earthy undertones. Medium-bodied with firm yet supple tannins and a lingering mineral finish.
