100% Sangiovese from the sprawling hills northwest of Arezzo, fermented and aged in stainless steel and then bottle aged for a mininum of 3 months. A soft-edged, aromatic, and supremely well-balanced everyday red that is laced with red and black fruits and underlying sweet spice aromas, with secondary notes of tomato leaf and dried herbs. Rippling acidity makes this a fantastic partner to tomato-based pasta dishes or grilled meats.
