Good old Trebbiano d'Abruzzo on show here, with old vine fruit direct pressed into fibreglass. Classic done the Staffa way, it's floral and faintly honeyed at first, opening up in the glass nicely. There's salinity and freshness too. Just delicious, easy drinking from a wonderful source.
