A fresh twist from the Barbican boys — and we couldn’t be happier about it! The ‘Farasciöle’ white is a blend of the super rare Chiavennasca Bianca and Chiavennaschino, grown on steep terraces at 500 meters and is made with no filtration or fuss, just spontaneous fermentation and mountain clarity. Glowing a luminous pale gold in the glass, the nose lifts with honeysuckle, golden apple skin, and a whiff of wild herbs — like catching the scent of Alpine sunshine after a summer storm. On the palate, it’s silky yet sapid, with a salty-mineral spine crackling with energy. Tea-like notes of light cinnamon and yellow citrus bring a subtle twist of spice and zest. Distinctive, pure, and absolutely delicious.
