The Mattiolis’ much-loved Vigna Vecchia, made from very old Trebbiano Spoletino vines, some of which were planted by Vittorio’s grandfather in the early 20th century. An elegantly complex white that is slow and mineral, pure and rich. The nose is vibrant and multi-faceted: pithy, floral, and herbaceous, with oodles of jasmine, cedar, white lilies, and sea spray.
