Sourced from younger vines around Treiso, in the heart of Barbaresco, this 2024 takes an interesting turn in the cellar: half the fruit undergoes carbonic maceration, lending an extra burst of freshness and exuberant fruit. Fragrant raspberry, crunchy red cherry, rose petals, and orange peel mingle with hints of tobacco and earthy spice. Light on its feet but unmistakably Nebbiolo, with bright acidity, lively tannins, and a deliciously savory finish. A terrific, youthful expression of the grape, equally appealing straight from the cellar or with a slight chill.
