Only the second bottling of this cuvee after the launch of this label in 2021, ‘Jeudi 15’ is a blend of organically grown Carricante, Catarratto, and Grecanico from high-elevation northern vineyards. It’s bright and saline, with ripe lemon and pineapple cutting through a taut, mineral frame. Dry, with a fleshy mid-palate full of yellow peach, citrus zest, and wildflowers, it finishes with a tropical lift and electric acidity.
