A beam of sunshine straight from Emilia! 70% Trebbiano Modenese, 30% Trebbiano di Spagna, refermented in bottle. Rich and stone-fruit dense but refreshing and dry as a bone – like a homemade fruit snack of peach, passionfruit, and quince, dusted with sea salt. Like all of Max’s wines, the grapes are farmed to full maturity. Begs to be enjoyed with very fatty pastas and evenings outside.
