Chardonnay and Pinot Nero from the high slopes of Trentino, with extended lees aging and zero dosage, leaving the wine uncompromising and sharply defined. Lemon peel, green apple, and grapefruit pith lead, layered with crushed stone, almond skin, and a hint of dried alpine herbs, while any brioche note stays firmly in the background. The palate is taut and incisive, with fine, persistent bubbles and a strong mineral drive, finishing bone dry, chalky, and intensely mouthwatering.
