Frecciarossa’s Pinot Grigio is classic, balanced, and a bit savory. With a delicate fermentation in stainless, and with a six month elevage (also in stainless), it has a lithe and light tannic structure, and with minimal sulfur, it is austere and noble. Aromas of citrus and green apple accompany brilliant and refreshing acidity on the palate; with notes of bitter almond, ripe stone fruit, ginger, and floral nuance. It is the perfect accompaniment to a late lunch garden salad with crushed hazelnuts and slices of salami.
