Marking the inaugural release and with just 1500 bottles produced, the Sciaro is a total bullseye right out of the gate! With fruit hailing from 30-100 year old vines from within the Feudo Pignatone contrada, the wine sees fermentations and a few months of aging in small oak casks before being transferred to steel tanks for 6-9 months longer. A constant push-pull between luscious textures and fresher angles, Falsini's 2020 rosato offers mandarin oil, blood orange panna cotta, sweet Mediterranean herbs and a smidge of flinty, gunsmoke-like mineral tone.
