The 'Quattrocento' is the more daring and edgy counterpart to Nicola's 'Ombra.' The wine leans more heavily into breadth and texture, an added portion of older reserve wines lending more oxidative richness and savoriness. While still dominated by Chardonnay, a higher portion of Pinot Noir here, longer aging, as well as only 3g of dosage, all lend added muscle and angularity to the weightier profile.
