Grapes see a whopping 90-day maceration but you'd never guess it here - no signs of over-extraction, just bright, justly restrained red fruit. It then ages 8 months further in steel. A lighter-styled red, with echoes of the Loire Valley, Silvia's rosso is delicate in body with aromas of white pepper and geranium alongside notes of cherry and raspberry. Fresh and juicy, yet still refined, the high acidity and hint of bitter spice round out a energetic, refreshing finish.
