100% Pascale, a grape native grape to Romangia, and dedicated to Alessandro’s father Giovanni Dettori, who was born on March 8th, 1920. Fermented and aged in in cement vats for 23 months, and bottled without fining or filtering. No sulfites added. An opulent, full-bodied, even muscular red offering layers of ripe berry aromas, wild myrtle, Mediterranean scrub and spice box. Definitely perfect for richer fare, but keep it on the cool side when serving.
