Clem and Gianmarco's 'baby' skin-contact bottling, the 'Bianchetto' hails from volcanic soils in Montefiascone and a young vineyard Procanico, Malvasia, Moscato (and smattering of other local varieties) planted over tufo just across the Tuscan border. With two weeks on skins, it combos punchy aromatics of zesty citrus and apricot with notes of Mediterranean herbs and minerals. Incredibly fresh, Bianchetto a featherweight, not a bruiser, on the palate with just the faintest of hint of tannin. A whole lotta wine in this bottle and as invigorating as it gets!
