A blend of Moscato Giallo and Moscato Bianco from fifty year old vines in Teolo, with a little fruit from a parcel Marco rents up the hill in Monte della Madonna. The fruit spends three weeks on skins before being transferred to a combination of old barriques and cuve for seven months. Whistle clean, it draws you in with an eccentric yet delicate nose full of elderflower, honeysuckle, and rosewater, while neatly chalky tannins and a pleasant spine of phenolic bitterness bring refreshment in spades.
