One of the best ways to learn the language of a grape is to taste two different voices of the grape. 

Those of you who purchased our little angel of a wine last week - Pomodolce's Cherubino, can now compare it to our little devil - Andrea Scovero's Ciapin Barbera d'Asti. Why little devil? The grapes are grown in a single vineyard plot known in Piemontese Dialect as "the oven mit". It is a natural amphitheater where the temperatures are slightly warmer than other surrounding vineyards.
