Whole-cluster, direct-pressed Nerello Mascalese is spontaneously fermented and bottled without fining or filtration. Rosario's rosato is srisk and seriously refreshing: wild strawberry, tart cherry, and blood orange meet candied rose petals, herbs, and a distinctly salty finish. Delicate in weight but not in flavor, with plenty of Etna energy, a mineral core, and just a whisper of tannic grip.
