One our our new favorite biancos, this is Catarratto, Grillo, Moscato and Carricante, fermented separately in steel before blending. Bright and breezy, with lemon, green melon and white flowers giving way to a slightly more exotic hit of citrus blossom and ripe peach. There’s some flesh through the middle, but a salty, volcanic snap pulls everything tight. Crisp, aromatic, and wonderfully thirst-quenching.
