Marco Pecorari's San Lurins estate – the name of their region, San Lorenzo Isontino, in local dialect – produces only two wines: a traditional-method sparkling Malvasia Istriana from the family’s 50-year-old vineyards, and this pet-nat style Ribolla Gialla from their only new planting.
