This wine comes from hillside vineyards at 450 m of altitudes, located at the gateway of the Lessinia Natural Park. In this terroir our indigenous vines can truly express themselves naturally and give our wines a unique identity.
The result is a Valpolicella with a vibrant ruby color, aromas of red cherry, berries and light herbal notes. On the palate the wine is juicy, fresh and delicate.
The grapes are hand selected and harvested at the end of September.
The fermentation on indigenous yeasts takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in large concrete tanks for 6 months and remains in the bottle for 3 more months
