Enticing scents of Spanish broom, citrus blossom, aromatic herb, baked bread and mature orchard fruit emerge on this elegantly structured white. The rounded savory palate shows a nice depth of flavors, including ripe yellow apple, peach, toasted almond and lemon drop. A flinty mineral vein wraps around the lingering finish while bright acidity provides balance.
