Barbarossa is a red wine made with a field blend of Veneto varieties, both native to the territory alongside international ones, some of are known, others not so much (Corvina, Merlot, Rondinella, Cabernet, other unidentified grape varieties.) Farmed via exclusively biodynamic viticulture, with interventions reduced to the minimum and always in harmony with the vineyard. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, in cement tanks; aged for at least 6 months in steel tanks and bottled unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur. According to Marco and the Barbaboyz, Barbarossa is the fruit of passion, the ideal wine to drink with your best, rowdiest friends at a barbecue, or to accompany fatty, aged cheese.
