A radiant expression of the Falanghina grape, born from the sun-kissed vineyards of Roccamonfina in Campania, this shows the volcanic soils of Caserta imbuing its distinct mineral presence. ‘Aorivola,’ meaning "golden hour," pays homage to the magical moments when the sun bathes the vineyards, imparting its essence to the grapes. Fermented with wild yeast, then macerated in oak barrels for a short period of time and aged in stainless steel, its pale straw color with golden reflections evokes the warmth of the Mediterranean sun. The nose opens with delicate floral aromas, white peaches, and a subtle minerality. On the palate, it unfolds with a refreshing acidity and vibrant lemon notes. Crisp green apple, ripe pear, and a touch of honey contribute to a well-balanced and harmonious profile, leading to a finish that is lively and persistent, and leaving an impression of invigorating citrus zest.
I Cacciagalli is an estate in the northern region of Caserta, located at the foot of the spectacular, inactive volcano of Roccamonfina, in the land the ancient Romans called Campania Felix, a particularly fertile terrain which continues to yield exceptional products to this day. Diana Iannaccone is a young agronomist who decided to follow non-invasive methods of cultivation to respect the land of her family’s estate; Mario Basco is a passionate wine connoisseur. Together, theirs is a life’s journey undertaken to share a common passion for wine and for their land, to live their lives fully present, among those very vines and fields. Organic farming and, more importantly, the intelligent, demystified application of biodynamic farming allows Diana and Giovanni to cultivate the terrain, grow the vines, and produce their wines with an approach that is completely natural and simple. The wines they produce are an expression of man and of the territory, never with one to the exclusion of the other.
Shipping Policy
Due to the restrictions of many state laws, we only ship wine to those states where direct shipment from a retailer is permitted by law; currently we ship to AK, CA, DC, ID, LA, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OR, VA, WV and WY. This list is subject to change without notice. In addition, each state imposes limitations on the amount of wine any particular resident may receive by direct shipment. To ensure that you are able to order wine for direct shipment from our website, please consult the specific state requirements for your state.
Please note that all orders must be placed by persons who are at least 21 years old, and that age verification will be required upon receipt of your wine. No wine will be delivered to obviously intoxicated persons and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may either be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Biondivino to the purchaser in the State of California and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from California to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Biondivino is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Biondivino, purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in compliance with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine.
