Christian Bellei is a 3rd generation winemaker, his father sent him to Reims (Champagne) for his technical training, and Christian has returned to Italy with a vision of making a world class sparkling wine from the native grape of his area: Lambrusco di Sorbara. In 2010, together with his partners, he restored and brought back to life his grand-father’s winery in Bomporto, and today he crafts some of Italy’s most coveted sparkling wines.
