The flagship wine and a dazzler, one to convert you to Franciacorta (and Alessandra!) once and for all. 100% Chardonnay, Alessandra harvests the grapes in one pass and employs a soft, slow hand pressing of the grapes with the manual wood basket press, resulting in a very light maceration. With only 1g/L of residual sugar present in the bottle, and a whopping 33 months on the lees, the wine is racy and full on the palate, with big bursts of green apple, lemon zest, pear, and brioche. Precise, long, and all about mineral-driven depth. An absolute stunner.
