Terre Nere Etna Rosso 2015


A blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio from low yielding vineyards, a blend of both young and old vine, grown on volcanic soils. 
The grapes are macerated until the end of fermentation. The wine is transferred to barrel until bottled roughly one year after harvest. Vibrant, lean and well polished. Paired well with an array of well seasoned meats and or vegetable-based dishes.
